In the afternoon, head for Les Menuires. Meet at the top of the La Masse cable car for the return trip to the summit. It takes just a few minutes to climb into the modern cabin. And step outside at an altitude of over 2,800m. Take a moment to admire the extraordinary panorama. Peaks as far as the eye can see, Mont Blanc, Aiguille de Peclet, Val Thorens ski resort, the rocky bars of the Southern Alps - you'll love it!
