As if you were at the hotel, we offer:
Beds made on arrival, 1 set / pers of towels and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area, dishes, taking out the garbage), 1 kitchen linen kit, 1 cleaning kit.
For many accommodation offered on our site, this service is included, if this is not the case, do not hesitate to ask for it.
Home linen rental
Bed linen, towels, household linen, if they are not already included, we can rent these items to you.
Cleaning
You want to stay in our chalets and not take care of anything, if it is not already included, take advantage of the end-of-stay cleaning.
We also offer the possibility of renting service kits with necessary eco-friendly cleaning products .
Baby equipment
Rent with our agency, cot, high chair, child seat booster.
Cancellation insurance
Cancellation or interruption of stay, rental liability and guarantee for search & rescue costs.
The Agence des Alpes - Collection chalet offers optional LOCPLUS insurance covering under certain conditions the cancellation or interruption of a stay, rental civil liability and a guarantee for search and rescue costs. The LOCPLUS general conditions are provided to the tenant at the time of booking, we invite you to consult and / or download them by clicking on this link.
