The residence is a few steps from the center of the village station of St Martin de Belleville and its amenities: ski slopes, shops (food, sports shops, restaurants...), services (ski school, daycare, pharmacy, Maison du Tourisme...). The ski lift in the centre of the village is about 100 metres away.
